Yacht
The Class Carter-30 has been constructed for the first time in 1972 in the United States of America and is named in honour of its founder Dick Carter. It has been conceived as a pleasure yacht. Put onto paper by Dick Carter’s pencil, it became one of the most popular yachts to sail the sea. After three years the yacht project was bought by Poland and was released as cruise racing yacht for independent sailing. Competitions in this class remained a prerogative of Russia and Bulgaria.
The yacht Carter 30 was planned specially for family cruises. The yachts are finely designed, spacious and comfortable. The Carter 30 is relatively spacious: the sharpened bow part expands almost immediately, which creates respectable wide desk space and reduces annoying tangage. Despite some minor handicap in the interiors, the boat has ceilings high enough to stand even in the prow cabin and sports notable use of wood.
